The war in Ukraine

Seems Russia is having problems fighting this war. Today I read Russia changed conscription to raise the age limit–seems man-power is an issue. Russia also has trouble with hardware; there's a lot of older resources such as tanks being thrown into the mix not to mention the shortage of ammo one reads about.

I also read very similar things about what's going on in the US armed forces. See here about one class of naval ships out of the sea. Army recruitment is off 40%. Why did Ukraine need cluster bombs–because they couldn't the other bombs they were using?

So if I'm in the Pentagon I'm thanking Russia for waking up the armed services as they ratchet up for war with China. It's real live testing of equipment and strategies. How lucky can we be?

Someone somewhere is generating and starting to spread a plan for military inductionment. We're gonna need bodies. The system is in place, and if you vote you are registered; regardless, every man (including transgender people who were assigned male gender at birth) are required to register.
